To use the Elec Makerspace, please complete the Makerspace Safety Induction Badge and the Digital Fabrication or Equivalent Badge and the Soldering Induction Badge.
This area contains different forms of additive manufacture, such as Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) 3D Printers to Stereolithography (SLA) and Continuous Fibre Fabrication (CFF).
The Electronics Prototyping and Testing area also contains soldering stations, reflow stations, digital microscope and signal generators. This area is designed for students to tinker create their own circuits by soldering, inspecting and testing their PCB's.
