Using an SD Card Reader, connect to your computer Via USB. Open SD card and double click on the “Private” Folder.
In the Private Folder you will find another folder that looks like a File, named AVCHD. Hold the Control Key on your keyboard and click on this. Select “Show Package Contents”.
You will now see another folder that looks like a File, named BDMV. Hold the Control Key on your keyboard and click on this. Select “Show Package Contents”.
Within the BDMV Folder, double click on “STREAM”.
In the STREAM Folder you will find your video files. Select and drop into a folder on your computer.
Eject the SD card from the computer. Ensure you have transferred all the required video files. Gently replace SD into the camera. Format the SD Card in the camera (not on your computer) by doing a "Complete Initialisation". This will delete all files from the SD Card and prepare it for the next shoot.
