The Prusa HT90 is an industrial‑grade 3D printer designed for advanced research, engineering, and high‑performance prototyping. Built around a fully enclosed, actively heated chamber, it is optimised for printing engineering and high‑temperature materials that are not suitable for standard desktop printers.
This machine enables students and academics to produce dimensionally stable, functional parts for applications such as mechanical testing, fixtures, tooling, enclosures, and research prototypes. The controlled printing environment supports consistent results and improved part strength, even with demanding materials.
Location: ProtoLAB
The Prusa HT90 is intended for higher‑level projects and research use. Due to the complexity and material requirements. The HT 90 is available by request only through TSG. Users are not able to run prints directly on this machine.
To have an item printed, you must submit a TSG Task Request with your prepared design files and print requirements. TSG staff will review the request and carry out the print on your behalf.
This service is suitable for coursework, prototypes, and general 3D printing where staff‑assisted operation is required.
