All users must complete a laser cutter induction before use to ensure safe operation and correct material selection.
Before using the Laser Cutter, you must have completed both the Makerspace Induction to the ProtoLAB and the Laser Cutter Induction.
Please allow approx. 30 mins for the induction to this equipment.
The Laser Cutter Induction covers safe operation, material handling, and booking requirements. Once inducted, you will be able to book Laser Cutter sessions through the Makerspace booking system.
All required inductions must be completed prior to your operation of this equipment.
