This module requires users to read and acknowledge the Risk Management Form (RMF) for Testing Samples on Concrete Testing Systems.
The RMF outlines the hazards, risks, and control measures associated with operating the concrete testing system located in TestLAB, Building 20 Room 168 at UNSW Canberra ADFA Campus. These include risks related to hydraulic pressure systems, electrical hazards, manual handling, flying debris from failing samples, dust exposure, and slip or trip hazards.
Users must review this document to understand the required safety controls, personal protective equipment (PPE), and emergency procedures before undertaking any training or operating the equipment.
Completion of this reading module is mandatory before progressing to the SWP module and supervised training sessions.
