Booking Rules:

• Bookings are per group (maximum group size of 8 people due to occupancy limits)
• General lab sessions have 3 booking slots for 3 groups to occupy the lab at a given time
• Please have 1 group member book a session on behalf of your group. Do not have multiple individuals book per session.
• Bookings for upcoming sessions are limited per group to 2 at a time. Please do not book more than 2 sessions ahead of time. This is to allow equal access to everybody.
• Once a particular booked session is past, that booking expires and you will be able to book another session in the future.
• Please make a booking at least one day in advance, so that we are not surprised when you show up.
• When you attend your booking, please introduce yourself / your group and explain to the staff what you aim to achieve.
• If you have general questions, require any special equipment / preparation for your booking, etc. please reach out on Teams or by Email to Matthew Payor.

We have a limited space and capacity. As such, if you are working on a group project, the whole group does not need to attend. Only the people who need to make something or consult our staff need to come. Standing around watching other people work is a waste of your time, and makes the space more cramped.
