Handheld 3D Scanning
The Handheld 3D Scanning badge will teach you how to operate the Creality Ferret Pro Handheld 3D scanner. This equipment is available for loans.
Welcome to the Makerspace Handheld 3D Scanning Badge. After completing this online component and the in person induction, you will be able to loan out a Creality Ferret Pro 3D Scanner. This online component will provide the necessary SWP information. Once completed, you are able to book in an in-person badge induction at the Makerspace.
Learn practical machine skills in this 30 minute group badge training session. This badge training session is assessed and if you are deemed competent you will receive your Handheld 3D Scanning badge.
Important Information:
1. Ensure you are following PPCE guidlines.
2. Please arrive 10 minutes before the session start time, if you arrive late you will be asked to come back at another session.
3. This induction is highly sought after and very limited. If you cannot make the session, please make sure to cancel your registration so others can take your place.
4. Please note: Maximum 3 people per session. The sessions will run frequently, so please check other dates available.
5. You will not be able to borrow the equipment if you do not pass the badge.
