Textiles Needle Felting

The Textiles Needle Felting Badge covers Health and Safety relating to, and effective use of the Lexi FeltLoom and Tanaka needle felting machines.

The Textiles Needle Felting Badge teaches participants Health and Safety relating to, and effective use of the Lexi FeltLoom and Tanaka needle felting machines.

Participants will learn how to prepare their fabrics and/or fibres for use the machines, how to operate the machines, and how to take swatch notes relating to the process. 

Participants are required to wear enclosed footwear and tie back long hair. Protective eyewear is provided.

Once you have earnt this badge you will be granted access to the following machines:

  • Felting Machines
Online Component
Needle Felting SWP
