The Textiles Spinning Wheel Badge covers Health and Safety relating to, and effective use of the spinning wheels.

The Textiles Spinning Wheel Badge teaches participants Health and Safety relating to, and effective use of the spinning wheels. 

Participants will learn how a spinning wheel functions, tieing on a yarn starter, feeding fibres, maintaining pedal and wheel rythymn, and plying yarn off of a pre-prepared lazy Kate. 

Participants are required to wear enclosed footwear and tie back long hair.
