The Textiles Tuffting Gun Badge covers Health and Safety relating to, and effective use of the cut and loop pile tufting guns.

The Textiles Tufting Gun Badge teaches participants Health and Safety relating to, and effective use of the cut and loop pile tufting guns. 

Participants will learn how to plan a tufted project, choose yarns, stretch backing fabric onto the frame, how to mount the frame, set up a safe workspace, tuft with cut and loop pile guns, remove and finish off a tufted piece.

Participants are required to wear enclosed footwear and tie back long hair.
