Risograph Printer
The Risograph Printer Badge/Induction will cover image preparation, risograph printer operation, printing and clean up, granting students access to the workshops and equipment used in Risography.
Risography refers to a digital offset stencil printing process that produces high-volume, eco-friendly prints featuring the distinct textures and bold spot colours typically associated with traditional screen printing.
The Risograph Printer induction will introduce you to the workshop, equipment and facilities used to create risograph prints. We will cover all procedures included in the SWP: preparation, printing and clean up.
The induction will grant you access to the Risograph studio and equipment. You will be instructed on how to safely and carefully operate the Risograph Printer and it's components. You will also be introduced to image preparation and how to register multiple colours or layers.
