Toolroom Router Table
The Router Table badge focuses on the safe use and operation of the router table for controlled shaping, trimming, and profiling of timber.
This induction focuses on the safe use of the router table, covering essential Health & Safety, hazards, required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and workshop guidelines.
Students will learn how to correctly set up and operate the router table, including bit installation, fence adjustment, and safe material handling techniques for accurate, controlled cuts.
Students may complete a simple task using the router table to demonstrate safe and correct use.
Please attend in covered footwear and appropriate clothing.
