The Track Saw badge introduces safe operation, setup, and basic cutting techniques for accurate straight cuts in sheet materials and timber.

This induction covers essential Health & Safety for using the track saw, including hazards, required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and workshop guidelines.

Students will learn correct setup and operation, including track positioning, material support, and plunge cutting techniques for accurate, controlled cuts.

Students may complete a simple task to demonstrate safe and correct use.

Please attend in covered footwear.
